Yes. Free shipping on all orders. We ship worldwide from Sweden.

Standard shipping is typically 2–3 business days within the European Union, and 4–7 business days for the rest of the world. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Select your country at checkout to see available shipping options and currency for your market.

Use the size guide on each product page. Our Core Pants and Core Jacket are designed with a regular / oversized baggy ski & snowboard fit — if you’re between sizes, many customers size up for a roomier look.

Yes. Size exchanges are free — no environmental fee. Email hello@nojuwear.com within 30 days and we’ll help you swap. For the fastest handling you can also place a new order and return the original size; we’ll refund it with no environmental fee when it’s a size exchange.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Email hello@nojuwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Size exchanges and returns for faulty / wrong items are free. For a refund due to change of mind we deduct a small environmental fee to help cover return shipping, packaging and handling (every refund return generates roughly 6–8 kg CO₂ and extra waste):

• Sweden: 49 SEK
• United States: $6.95
• Rest of the world: $19.95

Your return is free if you’re exchanging size, the item is faulty/damaged/not as described, or we sent the wrong item or size.

Our Core Jacket and Core Pants are built for skiing and snowboarding with an oversized baggy silhouette, waterproof performance and full range of motion. The jacket is insulated (not a shell), with 15K / 10K ratings, regular fit and fully taped seams.

We produce in limited runs. Join the waitlist / notify me on the product page for your size, or email hello@nojuwear.com and we’ll update you when we can.

Follow the care label. Generally: wash cool when needed, avoid fabric softener, and reapply a PFAS-free DWR treatment when water stops beading. Hang dry when possible.

You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking. You can also sign in to your account to view order status, or email us with your order number.

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@nojuwear.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

We accept major cards and local payment methods available in your market at checkout (including Shop Pay where offered).
