Standard shipping: 4–8 business days (EU), 7–14 days (rest of world).
Free shipping on all orders.

Returns & Environmental Fee

We want you to be 100 % stoked with your new gear. At the same time we’re working hard to stop clothes from bouncing back and forth across Europe for no reason. Every return creates roughly 6–8 kg CO₂ and unnecessary packaging waste.

That’s why we now charge a small environmental fee of €9.99 € that is deducted from your refund when you return an unused item just because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. The fee covers return shipping, new packaging, administration of the round-trip journey.

Your return is 100 % free when:
- The item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
- We sent the wrong item or wrong size.

Return window
14 days from the day you receive your package.

How to return

Drop it off at your nearest service point  
As soon as we receive the item in unused condition, we refund you within 3–5 days (minus the €9.99 environmental fee if applicable)

Exchange?
We don’t do direct exchanges to keep things simple.
 Just place a new order, we will refund the returned item as soon as it arrives.
