Free shipping on all orders.
We ship worldwide from Sweden.
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days within the EU
Rest of the world: 5–7 business day
Returns & Responsibility
We want you to love your purchase. At the same time we’re working hard to reduce unnecessary shipping and its environmental impact.
Every return generates roughly 6–8 kg CO₂ and extra packaging waste. That’s why we charge a small environmental fee when returning an unused item due to change of mind or wrong size. The fee helps cover return shipping, new packaging and handling.
Environmental return fee (deducted from refund):
- EU: €6.95
- Sweden: 49 SEK
- United States: $6.95
- Rest of the world: $19.95
Your return is completely free if:
- The item is faulty, damaged or not as described
- We sent the wrong item or wrong size
Return window: 30 days from the day you receive your order.
How to return:
- Email us at hello@nojuwear.com to receive a return label
- Drop the package off at your nearest service point
As soon as we receive the item in unused condition, we will refund you within 3–5 business days (minus the environmental fee if applicable).
The money will be returned to the same payment method you used.
Exchange or wrong size?
For the fastest and smoothest handling, we recommend placing a new order directly. We will then refund the returned item as soon as it arrives in unused condition.
