At NOJU, we’re passionate about getting your ski and snowboard wear to you quickly and responsibly. Our shipping and returns policy is crafted to ensure a smooth, transparent experience that reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and your love for the mountains.

Shipping

Processing Time

We process all orders within 2–3 business days after your order confirmation email. Once shipped from our facility in Sweden, you’ll receive a notification with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (Sweden): Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

EU Shipping: Free shipping on all orders. No customs fees or import duties apply within the EU. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days.

International Shipping (Outside EU): Free shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.

Sustainable Packaging: We use CarryBag 100% Climate Neutral paper bags, made from FSC-certified Scandinavian trees, with a carbon footprint of only 0.033–0.042 kg CO2 per bag.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Check with your local customs office for details.

Returns

Our Commitment

NOJU stands behind the quality of our sustainable ski and snowboard wear. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a smooth and simple return process to ensure your confidence and comfort.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Final sale items, such as clearance products, are not eligible for return.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Email us at support@nojuwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive a Return Label: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns, free of charge.

Pack Securely: Use the original CarryBag packaging (or another sustainable option) to protect the item during transit.

Ship Back: Drop off the package at your nearest post office or courier. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, NOJU offers a full refund or replacement.
All returns are free, including shipping costs, regardless of the reason.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on availability. To exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at support@nojuwear.com. Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns, and we provide free shipping for replacement items.
